Alhaji Ibrahim Koroma is the Founder and Managing Director of Environmental Management Services (SL) Limited (EMS-SL) and an accomplished Environmental Specialist with over 15 years of experience in environmental management and regulatory compliance. He holds an MSc in Water Resource Management from Deakin University and a BSc Honors in Environmental Science from Njala University, and is currently a PhD Candidate in Development Studies (Mine Land Rehabilitation for Sustainable Land Use) at Njala University. Alhaji has led environmental and HSE functions for major mining and industrial operations in Sierra Leone, including Marampa Mines Limited, African Minerals Limited and Sierra Rutile Limited. At EMS-SL, he provides strategic leadership and delivers regulator-aligned environmental solutions that support responsible resource development and sustainable growth across Sierra Leone and West Africa.
