Environmental Management Services (SL) Limited (EMS-SL) provides expert support in the preparation and implementation of Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) to ensure that project-affected persons are treated fairly and their livelihoods are restored or improved. Our services include baseline socio-economic surveys, asset and livelihood assessments, valuation and compensation planning, stakeholder engagement, and grievance redress mechanisms (GRMs). We ensure RAPs are developed in line with national laws and international standards such as the IFC Performance Standards and the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF). EMS-SL adopts a participatory approach, working closely with affected communities, government institutions, and project proponents to deliver transparent, equitable, and sustainable resettlement outcomes that minimize disruption and support long-term community well-being.
